Subprocessors

ScreenTrace Technologies may use the following subprocessors to operate Scribble Flow. Self-hosted deployments replace most of these with the customer's own stack.

| Email delivery | ZeptoMail (Zoho), Resend, or SMTP you configure | Invites, email verification, password reset, and similar account mail. Transactional only. |
| Payments | Razorpay, PayPal | Individual and company billing |
| AI model providers | The model endpoint configured for the service (for example via LiteLLM) | Classification, summaries, Memory answers, embeddings, and voice transcription when AI features are on. Heuristics run without them. |
| Identity | GitHub, Google, Apple; the customer’s OIDC or SAML provider when SSO is enabled | Sign-in |
| Error reporting | Sentry, only when SENTRY_DSN is configured | Operator diagnostics. Scribble bodies are not sent by design. |
