Terms of use

Scribble Flow is a product of ScreenTrace Technologies. By creating an account, checking the agreement box, continuing with a sign-in provider, or using scribbleflow.app (or the companion apps) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. “We”, “us”, and “the company” mean ScreenTrace Technologies and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates.

The service

Scribble Flow is a web workspace (with optional free companion apps) for capturing thoughts and turning them into ideas, decisions, work, and shipped outcomes. Features depend on your plan. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the product at any time. We will not silently lock away content you already captured, but we do not promise any particular feature will remain available.

Your account

You are solely responsible for the account, your credentials, and everything you capture or share. Keep your password safe. You must be at least 18 years old. Do not impersonate others or create accounts for abuse. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, without liability to you.

Your content

You own the scribbles, files, and other content you put on the desk. You grant ScreenTrace Technologies a limited, worldwide license to store, process, and display that content solely so the product can work - including optional AI suggestions you can turn off in Settings. You represent that you have the right to store that content. You can export or delete your data as described in Privacy. We are not responsible for content you lose if you fail to export before deletion, cancellation, or a service interruption.

Plans and payment

Free, Basic, and Pro limits are listed on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed on the web through third-party payment providers. Companion store apps do not sell subscriptions. Taxes, if any, are added where required. This is a digital service; nothing is shipped. Cancel, refunds, and withdrawal rights are in the refunds and cancellation policy. Acceptable use

Do not use Scribble Flow to break the law, attack the service, scrape other users, spam, or store content you do not have the right to store. We may remove content or suspend accounts that threaten the service or other people, without notice and without liability.

No advice; AI is a suggestion

Memory answers, classifications, summaries, and any other AI or heuristic output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You decide what to accept. Scribble Flow is not legal, financial, medical, tax, or professional advice. You remain solely accountable for decisions you make with or without the product.

Availability and backups

The service is provided as-is and as-available. We do not promise uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, or that defects will be corrected. Back up anything you cannot afford to lose - export is in Settings. ScreenTrace Technologies is not liable for lost, corrupted, or unavailable data.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScreenTrace Technologies disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. You use Scribble Flow at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScreenTrace Technologies and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable or accountable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, business interruption, or substitute services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility.

Our total liability for all claims relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid ScreenTrace Technologies for Scribble Flow in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you are on the Free plan. If a jurisdiction does not allow some of these limits, they apply to the maximum extent that jurisdiction allows. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Your indemnity

You will defend and hold ScreenTrace Technologies harmless from claims, damages, and costs arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

Third parties

Payment processors, AI model providers, OAuth providers, and app stores are independent. ScreenTrace Technologies is not liable for their acts, outages, or terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any forum to protect the service or other users.

Grievance officer

For grievances write to support@scribbleflow.app. We aim to acknowledge complaints quickly and to close them within fifteen days of receipt, as the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 require of intermediaries.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the “Last updated” date is acceptance of the change.
