- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. Free lets you capture and organize with the built-in engine. Paid plans add more room and AI actions such as Memory answers and Connect the Dots.
- What happens to my notes if I stay on Free?
- Existing notes stay on your desk. You can export everything as JSON from Settings at any time. Plan limits may block new captures until you upgrade or make room.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. Compare tiers and switch anytime in Settings → Plan & billing after you sign up.
- Can a company buy desks for everyone?
- Yes. Company is one private desk per employee, billed per seat. It is not Jira or Confluence. Admins manage seats and policy; they do not read inboxes. Finished thoughts can be published to Company Memory.
