Company of desks

Scribble Flow does not become a wiki when a company buys it. The unit is still a person's desk. Capture stays private. Structure stays optional. Work stays a few things in flight.

A company wrap adds billing, invites, and a place to publish finished thoughts. It does not add a shared inbox, a sprint board, or a homepage of pages.

What you get

  • Your own desk - Inbox, Ideas, Work, Memory, Ship. Same product.
  • One invoice - seats, not N personal checkouts.
  • Publish when you choose - a finished idea, decision, or ship can go to Company Memory. Raw scribbles never do.
  • Send to a colleague - it lands as a scribble they own. No ticket. No assignment workflow.
  • Offboarding - freeze the desk, export published thoughts, then purge. Admins do not browse the inbox.

What this is not

  • Not Jira, Linear, or Asana. Work on the desk is still "what's unblocking me," not the company tracker.
  • Not Confluence or Notion-as-wiki. There are no spaces, permissions trees, or rotting homepages.
  • Not real-time collaboration. Two people do not co-edit a scribble.
  • Not admin surveillance. Company search only sees published Memory, Ideas, and Ships.

Admin, briefly

Admins invite people, set seats, optionally claim an email domain, force heuristics (no LLM), turn off public links, require SSO or an authenticator, and read an audit log of admin events (invite, export, policy). They cannot open your Inbox.

IT can connect OIDC (Google Workspace, Entra, Okta) and SCIM so join/leave matches the directory. Capture from Slack, Teams, or email still saves to your desk.

SSO, SCIM, and domain setup live in the admin setup guide once you have a company.

Start

Make a desk, then open Company in the sidebar. Create the company, invite the next person. They get their own desk. That's the whole model.
