Everything else in this guide is a story. This page is the cheat sheet - skim it, or come back when something trips you up.
Keyboard shortcuts

Quick answers
"Where did my scribble go?" Straight to your Inbox. Everything you capture lands there first, newest at the top.
"The AI labeled my scribble wrong." No harm done - your original words are never changed. Open the scribble and turn it into the right thing yourself, or just ignore the label. The AI only ever suggests.
"I don't want AI touching my notes." Go to Settings → AI & data policy and turn off enrichment, smarter search, and nudges. The app still works - a built-in engine handles titles, search, and organizing. If you capture voice notes, they may still be transcribed when that feature is configured.
"Can I get my data out?" Yes. Settings → Your data → Export gives you everything as a JSON file. It's yours.
"I archived something by mistake." In the Inbox, switch to the Archived filter and hit restore. Nothing is ever really gone until you delete it.
Plans, in one breath
- Free - capture everything and get it organized. Great for getting started.
- Basic / Pro - more room (more projects, scribbles, and slates) plus the AI actions like Founder Memory answers and Connect the Dots. Basic also unlocks Atlas, the map of how your notes connect. Pro adds the semantic map and a weekly review.
You can compare tiers on the public pricing page, then switch anytime in Settings → Plan & billing. Nothing you've captured is ever locked away by your plan.
