Refunds and cancellation

Scribble Flow is a digital subscription sold on the web by ScreenTrace Technologies. Nothing physical is shipped. Companion store apps do not sell subscriptions. This policy sits with the Terms of use and the pricing page.

Cancel anytime

Cancel from Settings → Plan & billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period already purchased. After that the desk moves to the Free plan. Content already captured stays on the desk; plan limits may block new captures. Company seats are invoiced separately - an admin asks sales for a change.

Refunds

Fees already paid are not refundable, except where Indian consumer law, a card network, or another law that applies to you requires it. We do not offer a general money-back guarantee. If you believe a charge was made in error, write to sales@scribbleflow.app with the account email, approximate date, and amount. We will look at the payment provider record and reply.

When paid access starts

Paid features start when the payment provider confirms the subscription. By starting checkout you ask us to begin the paid service immediately.

EU and UK consumers

If you buy as a consumer in the EEA or United Kingdom, distance-contract rules may give you a fourteen-day right to withdraw from a digital service. That right is lost if you ask us to start the paid service during the withdrawal period and you acknowledge that you lose the right. Checkout is that request. Statutory rights that cannot be waived still apply.

Chargebacks

If you open a dispute with Razorpay, PayPal, or your bank, we may pause the paid plan while it is investigated. Contact sales@scribbleflow.app first so we can help without a chargeback.
